Lake Hayward

Parking & Security: 2008
Use of Association Parking Lots:
Parking on Association property is limited to Association membership. Non-members, other than guests and renters, are forbidden use of all said Association beaches, parking areas, athletic fields and all other property belonging to the Association.
Parking Passes:
Vehicles owned by property owners parking on Association property must properly display an Association parking permit sticker on the lower right corner of the rear window. We started a new three year cycle of parking passes in 2007. If you need a new parking sticker, please call Sue Kumro at 860/625.5114 or email susankumro@sbcglobal.net
Guest Passes: New in 2008
The board realizes that the yellow cards for guest passes are just not working so they are being eliminated. Please dispose of any that you have left as they will no longer be recognized as valid. In their place, each property will receive 2 permanent guest passes. These go with the property so if you sell, leave them for the next owner. This pass will have the address on them. In case of loss, a replacement pass will cost $25.00. Please pick up your guest passes at the June meeting or contact your district representative.
Guest Parking for Reserved Pavilion Use:
Please encourage your guests to walk if possible, or shuttle your guests to the pavilion. If you lack parking space at your home, please have your guests park at the base ball field and shuttle your guests to the pavilion. Many Association members are only able to enjoy the beaches on the weekends and appreciate available parking.
Security:
Please take notice of non-member and non-guest vehicles that are parked on Association property. If you are not comfortable with asking someone to leave, you can contact the Resident Trooper at 873-1226.
On occasion, members have reported items having been stolen from their vehicles. Please make sure that your car is secure when parking on Association property.
